A few among the best fractals in the Web (I).

All the following pictures are copyrighted and they are reproduced with the agreement of their authors. For all of them, I mention the name of the picture (if any) and the author, together with a link towards his (or her) personal website, where other fine works can be seen. These authors rank among the best who can be reached in the Net –but many others are worthy of the visit.

I gathered these pictures in order to give an idea of the variety of fractal pictures. Of course, here and there, the expert can spot again some of the patterns of Mandelbrot pictures, but only as echoes, in magnificent dressings, endlessly renewed.

Also notice that the original works (most often 800x600 or even larger) have been strongly reduced in the following reproductions, so that part of their qualities have been lost. Have a look at them in their respective websites!
